For Requesters (Those Asking for Help)

- Offer fair HelpCoin amounts based on task difficulty
- Be available and responsive during coordination
- Prepare any materials or access needed beforehand
- Treat helpers with appreciation and respect
- Leave honest reviews after task completion
For Helpers (Those Offering Assistance)
- Only accept tasks you can actually complete
- Be honest about your skill level and availability
- Arrive on time and complete work as agreed
- Ask questions if task details are unclear
- Communicate proactively if issues arise
- Respect the requester's home and property
Prohibited Conduct
❌ Harassment and Abuse
- Threatening, intimidating, or bullying behavior
- Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
- Sexual harassment or unwanted advances
- Stalking or unwanted contact after blocking
❌ Fraud and Dishonesty
- Posting fake or misleading help requests
- Misrepresenting skills or qualifications
- Not completing tasks after accepting them
- Leaving false or malicious reviews
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the system
❌ Illegal or Dangerous Activity
- Requesting or offering illegal services
- Selling drugs, weapons, or stolen goods
- Tasks that violate local laws or regulations
- Activities that endanger people or property
❌ Platform Misuse
- Soliciting payment outside the Reciproc platform
- Using the platform for commercial business
- Spamming users with unwanted messages
- Scraping data or attempting to hack the platform
- Circumventing platform fees or HelpCoin system
Reporting Violations
If you witness behavior that violates these standards:
- Use the in-app "Report" button on profiles or messages
- Email support@reciproc.co with details and evidence
- Block users who make you uncomfortable
- For emergencies, contact local authorities first
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated minor violations or first-time moderate violations
- Permanent Ban: Severe violations, illegal activity, or repeated offenses
- Legal Action: In cases involving illegal activity or serious harm
